• Personal information shall be handled in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws, regulations, and company rules applying thereto.



• When personal information is obtained, the purpose of use of such information shall be specified and notified or announced publicly, and such personal information shall be handled appropriately within the scope of such use.



• The use and provision of personal information obtained shall be managed strictly and with great care, and personal information shall not be provided to third parties without the consent of the subject of such information, except in exceptional cases handled in accordance with the relevant laws or regulations.



• In addition to the use of training and other appropriate means to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, unauthorized modification, and leakage in regard to personal information, Works shall review such security measures as necessary in constant recognition of the importance of securing personal information.



• In order to ensure compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other related laws and regulations, Works shall establish a compliance program concerning the protection of personal information, ensure that all employees and directors are aware of the requirements of this program, review this program on a regular basis in light of any amendments to laws or changes in societal circumstances, and take other means to maintain the appropriate management of personal information.
